Returns Policy

Midland Direct's Returns Policy:

In the unfortunate instance you need to return an item to us please follow the following steps:

  1. Please email us on returns@midland-direct.net
  2. State the name of the product and the fault you have found

We will then issue you with a returns number via email which you will need to retain and quote when sending the item back to us.

Please note the following:

  • If the item is a genuine out of the box fault we will either fix item or issue a replacement (stock permitting)
  • If the item shows any signs of tampering or deliberate misuse no replacement will be offered and no refund issued, the customer will be informed of this via email.
